Barnes & Noble Bookstores

Co-ordinating a Scottish Book Festival in their main retail outlets in New York and San Francisco. Increasing sales of Scottish titles and providing authentic Scottish entertainment in-store.

Macy's

The first-ever Scottish integrated marketing campaign in the world's largest department store. Scottish food, drink and tourism all combined to create " Tastes of Scotland" a 10-day promotion involving Lady Claire MacDonald of Kinloch Lodge, Isle of Skye.

Hediard

With seven retail outlets in Paris selling the finest produce from around the world, this promotion succeeded in increasing the listings of Scottish products with this exclusive specialist food retailer.

Marks & Spencer Europe

Now in its 5th year of operation, this highly successful campaign truly integrates tourism with commerce. All thirty three European stores were synchronised to promote Scottish food and drink at the same time as the Scottish Tourist Board's annual consumer campaign.

Paul Stuart

One of Madison Avenue's classic menswear retailers. Importing a wide selection of apparel from Scotland including Harris Tweed, cashmere, lambswool and traditional mackintoshes - a Scottish promotion was a natural for this family-owned store.

ScotsFest

A month-long celebration of Scotland and all things Scottish. Sponsored by the largest whisky importer in North America, Schieffelin & Somerset, this event raised the profile of Scotland in the United States. In 1998 ScotsFest consisted of Scottish Film, Book, Drink, Theatre and Music Festivals on the east and west coasts of the States. Starting 25th January each year with a Robert Burns Ball in the New York Public Library for 1500 invited guests, ScotsFest grows from strength to strength year on year.
